PEG AND HOLE MEDIUM DUTY HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE WORKBENCHES
- The UDL on the peg & hole range is up to 500kgs on the 4 leg system.

Our medium duty workbenches are popular within the packing, laboratories and education industry and can be used within warehouse and home workshops too! Depending on the features and worktop you select, our workbenches can be used for electrical testing and assembly work, as well as providing a sturdy and dependable desk or workstation, ideal for students or workers.
The worktops available to choose from include:
- MDF
- Galvanised Steel (Stainless steel option available)
- Laminate
- Melamine Laminate
- Compact Laminate
- ESD (anti-static)
- Black Rubber on Steel
Please note that with our MDF, laminate and ESD worktops, they overlap the workbench frame by 10mm on all sides.
You can customise your workbench further through selecting from our range of colours on offer, with the default colour as blue, unless specified. For any non-standard colours, these are available for volume orders. If you require this, please contact us for further details.
Dimensions
The uniformly distributed load (UDL) is 500kg for each standard workbench, in which a range of widths and lengths are available to choose from.
The width of our benches starts at 1200mm and go up to 2000mm, with the length of our benches starting at 600mm and go up to 1200mm. To select which width and length you want for your workbench, please select your size above.
Each workbench is fitted with metal levelling feet which have a 20mm of threaded adjustment on each leg. The standard height of the bench is 840mm from floor to worktop, in which you can adjust this for a small price above.
Key Features
Simple height adjustable is available using a peg and holedesign. These two options are available on our medium duty workbenches. You can include this design on all of our standard workbench sizes in these ranges. The UDL for 4 legs is up to 500kg on the peg and hole design. The standard height adjustment range on the peg and hole is 250mm. However we do offer bespoke ranges. Please give us a call for more details. There are 8 standard frame colours available on this range and a number of worktops including ESD. You can also choose from a range of accessories.
