Our laboratory workbench is engineered to meet the highest standards of performance and durability, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from laboratories to educational settings. Key features include:

Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL): Supports up to 500kg, ensuring robustness for heavy-duty tasks.

Height: Standard height of 840mm from the floor to the worktop, ideal for ergonomic use in laboratory environments.

Levelling Feet: Equipped with metal levelling feet that provide 20mm of threaded adjustment on each leg, ensuring stability on uneven surfaces.

Size Options: Available in a variety of sizes to suit different spaces and requirements.

Worktop Choices: Choose from a range of durable surfaces, including galvanised steel*, melamine, laminate, compact laminate, MDF, black rubber on steel, and ESD (anti-static) tops.

Frame Construction: The steel box section frame is delivered fully welded and assembled for immediate use.

*Additional option: Stainless steel top for environments requiring extra corrosion resistance.

Our medium-duty laboratory workbenches are versatile and popular in packing, educational, and laboratory settings, but they are also suitable for warehouse and home workshops. Depending on your worktop and feature selection, these benches can be adapted for tasks like electrical testing, assembly, or simply as sturdy desks or workstations for students and professionals.

Please note that our MDF, laminate, and ESD worktops overlap the workbench frame by 10mm on all sides, providing a sleek finish.

You can further customise your laboratory workbench by choosing from a range of colours, with the default being blue. For non-standard colours, volume orders can be accommodated—please contact us for further details.

Dimensions

The uniformly distributed load (UDL) is 500kg for each standard workbench, in which a range of widths and lengths are available to choose from.

The width of our benches starts at 1200mm and go up to 2000mm, with the length of our benches starting at 600mm and go up to 1200mm. To select which width and length you want for your workbench, please select your size above.

Each workbench is fitted with metal levelling feet which have a 20mm of threaded adjustment on each leg. The standard height of the bench is 840mm from floor to worktop, in which you can adjust this for a small price above.
