Key Features
Even though we have supplier certification, we test every ESD laminate work surface with a megohmmeter to ensure all ESD worktops have the correct dissipative properties in accordance with EN61340-5-1. Therefore, each of our worktops are marked with a ‘Proof of Test’ upon delivery.
Each workbench includes a 10⁶ ohm dissipative finish powder-coated frame and a 1200mm long x 600mm deep dissipative rubber mat earthed with a 1 Mohm resistor and cable. Benchmaster manufactures each bench with electro-static dissipative materials for immediate use once set-up to ensure your safety and to significantly decrease any damage to electrical circuits.
We supply each ESD table with a cable and plug for earthing with 1 Mohm resistor and cable, situated underneath the ESD work surface, for use in a standard UK wall socket. Alongside this, we fit an adjustable wrist strap earthed with a 1 Mohm resistor and cable to your workbench.
These can be used as a stand-alone ESD bench or as part of a complete anti-static workstation.
